Limited Warranty
The warranty for all products we sell is determined by the original equipment manufacturer and or product vendor. All products sold on proindustrialequipment.com are warranted as per the manufacturers or supplier’s warranty and is warranted by their individual warranty policies. Products are typically warranted against defects in workmanship or materials in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Incorrect use of a product does not constitute a warranty or replacement situation. An Authorization from Pro Industrial Equipment is REQUIRED prior to forwarding product claimed to be defective for further action.
Warranty Disclaimer
We have made a diligent effort to illustrate and describe the products in its online store accurately; however, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty or condition that the products are sold for, nor is there implied a specific statement that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. Limitation of Liability
Any liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed by Pro Industrial Equipment. Our liability in all events for all damages, losses and causes of action shall be limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the products in question, and a proof of purchase is required.

This website displays products available for purchase in Canada and in the United States of America, however not all products are available at all times and products may be changed, substituted or discontinued at any time. Pro Industrial Equipment attempts to provide an accurate description of the products available for sale, but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or currency of such descriptions. Certain products may be the subject of third-party warranties offered by its manufacturers or providers.
Product Orders
While we use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Pro Industrial Equipment cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Website. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Website at any time without notice.
While our goal is an error-free site, we do not guarantee that any content is 100% accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
Shipping & Delivery of Goods
All our products has free standard shipping, unless otherwise noted.

Our shipping standard is to have orders processed and ready for shipping by the following business day. Please note that in some situations, up to three business days will be needed to process orders via our other warehouse. We will inform the customer via e-mail or phone if the delay is over three days. If a customer requests to have a shipment left without a signature the customer is taking on the risk of a lost or stolen item, for items that has higher value, we do recommend the client to purchase additional shipping insurance, please contact us in this case.
Undeliverable Packages
What happens if a package is returned to Pro Industrial Equipment Ltd. because it was undeliverable?
Occasionally a package will be returned because it was undeliverable. When this happens, we will issue a refund for the price of the product less a 10% restocking charge. Shipping charges, both to and from the package recipient, are not refundable.
Applicable Law
When accessing Pro Industrial Equipment Website (www.proindustrialequipment.com or proind.tools) you agree to the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. In case of any dispute that might arise between you and Pro Industrial Equipment Ltd. and/or its associates, the laws of the Province of Quebec will govern these Terms and Conditions.
