Shipping
Depending on which shipping option you choose, please keep an eye out for your tracking shipping information.
If it is past the approximate shipping deadline and your order has not arrived, please reach out to us at info@proindustrialequipment.com.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@proindustrialequipment.com letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to intercept your package before it leaves our door.
Orders
Order in Stock products
It typically takes 0-1 business days to process orders and prepare them for shipment. This estimate does not consider weekends or holidays. This means that an order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day at the latest.
Order with delayed Delivery
Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks to receive the products from our suppliers. But from time to time our suppliers are out of stock for long periods of time, in that case we’ll need more time to fulfill your order. After receiving the products we’ll ship on the same day or the day next at the latest
You can identify whether you can order a product with delayed delivery on the product page.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. From there you will be able to track your order on the relevant carrier website. If you did not receive a tracking number via email, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please reach out to us at info@proindustrialequipment.com. We would be happy to help you!
Majority of the orders are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, QC.
After you place the order, our system will order the product from our supplier. Normally it takes 3-4 weeks to process and receive the products from our suppliers. Once we receive the product we’ll ship on the same day or the next business day.
Sometimes our suppliers can be out of stock of the product you order, in that case the estimate time can be longer than 4 weeks for us to receive the product, if this is your case and you want to know more about your order, please contact us at info@proindustrialequipment.com

Our warehouse is in Montreal, QC, but we do not have a physical store, we operate online only.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following forms of payment:
All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA)
International credit cards (billing address entered at checkout must 100% match your credit card's billing address or your order will not be processed)

If the zip code on the billing address and card information field don’t match, our system will not accept your order.
Here are a few solutions that have successfully fixed the problem:
1. Place the order again with the same card but double-check the billing zip code and the card's CVV code.
2. Use a PayPal account
3. Use a different credit/debit card
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment. The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.
The full refund amount will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase. A 15%-30% restocking fee may apply.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. From there the money will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be back in your account.

Exchanges are allowed if the product is in its original packaging and undamaged.
Items that are ineligible for a refund or exchange:
• Returned after 30 days from the day of shipment
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold
Refund policy
Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the product.
The total/partial amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase, once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

If you want to exchange one product. Please return the product you bought,we’ll refund you and place a new order for the product you want.
Shipping policy
For U.S. and Canada orders you will have the option to select a free Standard Shipping at checkout.
- For Ontario and Quebec, we offer Free express shipping, unless you are in a remote location in these provinces, in this case will be standard shipping.
Express shipping:
- For an extra charge you’ll have the option of express shipping by air during checkout.
Freight Shipment
- For products that needs to be shipped on a pallet, there will be a fee, to be calculated during checkout.
If you would like to make a correction to your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible, as we process orders the same day or the next day.
International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates.
