The Ridgid 31803 is a quick acting tubing cutter. This tool has a quick-acting mechanism that rapidly adjusts to different sized tubing. Six individual bearings replace traditional rollers. The bearings create a smoother cut, and allows for increased speed around the tube. The contoured frame allows for easy alignment while adjusting the cutter to make a cut.
